GM / AGM / SR. MANAGER
Energetic, high profile HR professionals with MBA-HR from a
premier institute. Candidate will be responsible for development& implementing of HR System & Policies, Devise compensation
strategies, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training, Induction,
Retention, performance Appraisals, Talent Management etc.
For GM: Leader with minimum 10 yrs of experience in HR (min 2 yrs
as Head) & expertise in end to end HR activities.
For AGM / Sr. Manager: Minimum experience of 6 yrs and 3 yrs in
HR respectively in organization(s) having minimum 50 employees.
Department: Branch Operations
GM / AGM / REGIONAL MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER
True leader with excellent capabilities to handle multiple
branches/franchisees, ability to streamline operations and
command admin & academic activities. The key role involves
supporting & managing the existing branches/franchisee,
carrying end to end P&L responsibilities. Science/Engineering
graduate + MBA from reputed institution will be preferred
though it is not a constraint.
For GM : Minimum 10 yrs of experience as administrator in the
domain of education with at least 3 yrs of experience in
branch/franchisee management.
For AGM / Regional Manager : Minimum experience of 7 yrs
and 5 yrs respectively in branch/franchisee management.
For Branch Manager : Target oriented having minimum 2 yrs
experience of handling educational center independently.
Department: Business Development
AGM / SR. MANAGER
Result oriented, having Good analytical skills, Strong verbal and
written communications should have fair exposure to creating
business pitches.
The incumbent will be working with targets, adding clients in
education sector and maintaining relationship with the existing
clients, will be responsible for end to end business development
activities: Involving Prospecting/lead generation, Proposal
making, Negotiation, Final Closure, Project Management, Client
Relations, MIS Reporting & Analysis, Invoicing & Collection
individually.
For AGM / Sr. Manager : Minimum experience of 7 yrs and 5
yrs respectively with a fair exposure to Education Training
Industry
Department : Academic Operation
GM / AGM / SR. MANAGER
Candidate must have deep understanding of academics and
capability to implement and monitor the curriculum & teaching
plans. The key roles includes coordination with faculty members,
branch managers, academic heads and coordinators, ensuring
quality control in academics, academic analysis and administration
for smooth academic operations to maximize students satisfaction
with improved services.
For GM: B.E/B.Tech./MSc in science subject (preferably an MBA)
with minimum 7 yrs of experience in similar field.
For AGM / Sr. Manager: B.E/B.Tech./MSc with minimum 5 yrs & 2
Years experience in similar field.
Fresher may also apply for Executive post leading to Manager.
Department : Admin Operation
AGM / SR. MANAGER
Dynamic leader with excellent motivational ability, good people
management skills, strong written and oral communication must
have excellent problem solving and decision making skills, Ability to
operate independently with minimal direction.
Key role includes entire Administration, Safety & Security, Efficient
Facility Management, Supervising housekeeping, Infrastructure
maintenance, effective operation of General Administration
Services of educational institute.
For AGM & Sr. Manager: Minimum 7 yrs and 5 yrs of experience respectively in similar field.
Faculty Positions
You can be a faculty member at Career Point, if you are Ph.D,M.Sc./B.Tech./B.E., from IIT or any other reputed university.
