Transfer from One Course to Another / Medium / Phase / Center Change

1. Due to any reason, if a student wishes to change course OR Medium of Batch OR change phase OR Study Center then he should apply on prescribed “Change Form” available at our office.
2. In such case, following changes will be taken from student

   Course Transfer / Medium /Phase / Study Center Change Charges:
   Week after course start	Before or Within one week	Within two weeks	Within three weeks	Within Four weeks
   Change Charge	Rs.1500/- + Service Tax & Education cess	Rs.3000/- + Service Tax & Education cess	Rs.4500/- + Service Tax & Education cess	Rs.6000/- + Service Tax & Education cess

   • No request for such change will be entertained after four weeks of course starts
   • Student seeking change should follow the below mentioned steps –
     1. Collect the “Change Form” from institute’s reception and fill it up completely
     2. Attach original receipt(s) of total fee deposited
     3. Attach original Identity Card.
     4. Submit whole of the Study Material, Test Papers, Notes etc. given to you till date.
     5. Submit the filled in Application Form in person along with the above mentioned documents to the coordinator in the office.
3. In such case, “Change Charge + Fee of the new course opted” will be adjusted with the fee already paid by the student.
4. Any excess amount in already paid fee will be refunded to the student. Similarly, any shortage of amount in already paid fee will be charged from the student.
