We provide coaching for IIT-JEE, AIEEE/SLEEE, Pre-Medical and NTSE, KVPY & Science
Olympiad examinations. However, at the same time schooling is must for class IX,
X, XI and XII students. Class IX & X students will be given admission to ISO
9001:2000 certified Global Public School at Kota through national level entrance
test.
For class XI & XII students, we help the students to get admission in school
close to the institute and for the convenience of new students & parents, school
representatives/counsellors of few schools are invited in the institute’s premises
on the day of your reporting, so that they can explain to students about their school
and procedure for admission. All schools are affiliated with the CBSE and/or Rajasthan
Board and are English and/or Hindi medium.
Students need not to worry about the timings of the school and coaching as we adjust
the timings of the coaching classes according to school timings avoiding any kind
of overlapping.
At the beginning of the academic session, the batches of students are formed on
the basis of their performance in the Entrance Test. These batches remain unaltered
for the first three consecutive internal periodic tests. On the basis of cumulative
performance of the students in first three tests, the batches are restructured and
this process is repeated after every three tests.
Career Point is the first coaching institute in the country which has introduced
uniform dress code for all its students.
Our primary goal for adopting uniform dress is to focus students only on education.

Career Point would provide two sets of cloth for the uniform to its students free
of cost. Please note that, uniform is compulsory. Students not wearing uniform won’t
be allowed to enter the institute premises.
All students enrolled to the course are required to attend all classroom sessions
and Test Series as per schedule given, except under the most unavoidable circumstances.
Students are required to intimate the Attendance Management Cell (AMC) of the Academic
Department for a planned absence from any session(s). For an unplanned absence due
to illness etc. post–facto intimation is required from the absentee student. The
student is required to return the filled Leave Application format citing reasons
for his/her absence, along with his/her parent’s address & supporting documents,
so that a copy of his leave application with the Academic Department’s comments,
if any, may be sent to the parents by post.
Students are advised to thoroughly familiarize themselves with this policy, since
the Academic Department views any non adherence to the policy very unfavourably.
Identity card will be issued to student at the time of admission. Every student
must produce his/her I-card while entering into the institute premises. Student
without I-card will not be allowed to attend the classes. Fine of Rs.5/- per day
will be charged from the student who forgets to bring his/her I-card on a particular
day. Duplicate I-card will be issued on cash payment of fine of Rs.50/- in case
if a student looses his/her I-card.
Career Point has computerised system which generates Progress Report sheet of each
student showing the particulars of marks, current rank, and average rank during
the academic session in different tests conducted by them for each course. With
the help of progress report student can analyse his/her performance and can improve
his/her weak areas.
The progress report of each student is also available on internet at our website
so that parents can also know the performance of their ward.
Personal Care of each individual is a distinctive feature at Career Point, which
differentiate us from others. We understand that just subject knowledge is not enough
for success in any competitive examination. In fact speed, accuracy, confidence,
examination temperament, strategy adopted to attempt questions etc. also play a
vital role. Considering all these facts, we conduct individual/group counselling
and seminars for our students. These counselling sessions are organized with the
sole objective of preparing our students completely so that they can face challenges
of competition with full confidence and competence.
During counselling individual problems of students are tackled by our experienced
faculty team and academic advisors. Students are guided on issues like efficient
learning, time management, stress management, maximizing output etc. Students are
also educated to manage non academic personal problems efficiently so that they
can concentrate more on the examination preparation.
Career Point’s “Shiksha Sandesh” is the in house monthly educational magazine, which
bind the Career Point family. This magazine provides with motivational and moral
inputs, up-to-date information on competitive examinations, new ideas, thoughts
and, of course, lots of fun. Shiksha Sandesh also contains photographs of top ranking
students in internal test series, to boost their confidence and inspire rest of
the students to perform better.
Very close to our academic buildings residential flats are converted into hostels
providing hygienic, well ventilated accommodation facilities developed as per student’s
need. Rooms on rent and paying guest facilities primarily meant for coaching students
are also very easily available separately for boys and girls within walking distance
from Career Point. One can easily get suitable accommodation with a little search
or taking a walk in the surrounding area. We also maintain an “Accommodation Register”
at our Help Desk where Landlords/Hostel Owners/Paying Guest Providers provide the
complete details of accommodation like space, rent, distance, facilities etc. available
at their end. Please note that, Career Point does not provide accommodation/hostel
facility. However, our Help Desk assists our students in locating decent accommodation.
Approximate expenditure for Housing and Food is around Rs.2500/- to Rs.4000/- p.m.
depending upon life-style of the student.
Private messes provide quality food at reasonable price. Door to Door Tiffin services,
private cooks etc. are also available. There is no problem of drinking water &
electricity in Kota city.
Shopping center, Hospital and other basic facilities are available within ½ to 1
kilometer radius of the institute.
Knowing the day to day requirements of students, we have installed 24 hour ATM at
our institute. Bank of Rajasthan provides all bank facilities to our students in
the institute at the premises itself.
All rights are fully reserved with Career Point regarding change of course structure,
number of tests, teachers, venue of classes etc
Parents can enquire about the performance of their ward at any time during
the course. We do not undertake any responsibility to inform them.
Student and parents will be solely responsible for student’s absenteeism
from the classes.
No amount of fee will be refunded to a student
if he/she does not get selected
in IIT-JEE, Pre-Medical & AIEEE.
Before seeking admission, read & understand fee refund rules given
on separate instruction sheet. Fee will be refunded strictly as per the fee
refund rules.
Due to any change in Govt. Policies or rules or any other unavoidable circumstances,
if institute finds that course completion is not feasible then the fee would be
refunded after deducting registration charges, study material charges and the fee
of the duration for which coaching has been given.
We reserve the right to deny admission to any student without giving reasons.
In the matters, which are not covered in above rules and regulations, the decision
of Career Point’s director shall be final and binding to the student and his/her
guardian.
