The Career Point’s faculty team comprises of highly qualified, knowledgeable and
experienced faculty members for each subject, the faculty members at Career Point
always encourage students to raise their doubts, so that students could have sound
understanding of the subjects. The faculty members do not restrict their teaching
to the class only but extend their full guidance to students out side the class
as well. The guidance by our faculty is complete in all respect hence Career Point’s
students need not any extra coaching from out side.
Career Point has a faculty development
and training Cell, which continuously work to upgrade the academic standard of our
faculty members. At present more than 400 highly qualified and experienced faculty
members are working with us at our Kota and other centers. These faculty members
are working under the consummate guidance of Career Point’s founder Mr. Pramod Maheshwari,
Director (Academics), a renowned academician in the arena of competitive examinations.
For every one, stability of experienced faculty member is a serious concern. In
today’s environment, most of the institutes are suffering from unstable faculty
syndrome. Whereas at Career Point with 14 years of experience, we have developed
a system to retain qualified and experienced faculty member with us. Usually our
faculty members do not leave the institute in the mid of session. Even if under
unavoidable circumstances, such event occurs, studies of our students never get
affected as we have largest pool of highly experienced & qualified faculty members
in the country.
