:: Fee Refund Procedure ::
Refund Policy of Course Fee
For IIT-JEE Courses
Once admitted in one the of course viz Foundation, Fresher, CPR & Target; if a student leaves the course before completion due to any reason whatsoever, he/she will get the refund of the first installment of the fee after deduction of following amount –
From the date of admission Amount to be deducted
a. Within one week after admission Rs. 3000/- + Service Tax & Education Cess (as applicable)
b. Within two weeks after admission Rs. 5000/- + Service Tax & Education Cess (as applicable)
c. Within three weeks after admission Rs. 7000/- +Service Tax & Education Cess (as applicable)
Note :
  • Institute does not have any refund policy for Concept Builder Course
  • No amount will be refunded after three weeks under any circumstances.
 For AIEEE Courses
For Long Term Courses (Foundation, Fresher, Target, Path Finder & Compact Courses)
From the date of admission Amount to be deducted
a. Within one week after admission Rs. 3000/- + Service Tax & Education Cess (as applicable)
b. Within two weeks after admission Rs. 5000/- + Service Tax & Education Cess (as applicable)
c. Within three weeks after admission Rs. 7000/- +Service Tax & Education Cess (as applicable)
A. Special Circumstances:
If a student gets confirmed admission in any Engineering college through competitive examination held in current academic session (2008-2009) then he/she will get the refund of fee as follows
a. Within first three weeks of admission, student will get fee refund as per general circumstances policy as mentioned above.
b. After three weeks of admission, student will get refund of 50% of course fee + Service tax & education cess..
For this, the student has to submit the following documents with the application of refund:
  • Attested copy of Mark Sheet & Admission Call Letter of competitive examination
  • Attested Xerox copy of fee deposition receipt of engineering college.
  • Admission to Engineering College by way of donation or capitation fees or payment seats will not be covered under this category.
  • Application of refund after 30 -8 -2008 will not be considered for refund under this category.
  • In case date of counseling or recounseling of AIEEE/SLEEE falls after 30-8-2008, the application for the Refund of fee will not be entertained under this category.
Note: No amount will be refunded after three weeks under any circumstances.
For Short Term Course (Crash Course) :
If an enrolled student leaves the Crash Course before completing, he/she will get refund of fee as follows:
From the date of admission Amount to be deducted
a. Within one week after Admission Rs. 1500/-+ Service Tax Education Cess (as applicable)
b. Within two weeks after Admission Rs. 3000/- + Service Tax Education Cess (as applicable)
 Note: No amount will be refunded after three weeks under any circumstances.
Important Note:
  1. No fee will be refunded in case a student leaves the institute after three weeks of admission. Here, his/her departure from the institute may be voluntary or due to any other reasons, whatsoever.
  2. The Service Tax & Education Cess on course fee & refund amount is liable to change as per the revision made by the Government of India.
  3. Uniform will not be taken back if it has got stitched. In such case, Rs. 350/- per uniform will be deducted further from to the above-mentioned refundable amount.
  4. Fee refund rules are not applicable to the old students of Career Point who have been promoted from Foundation Batches to Fresher Batches. Such students are not eligible for fee refund.
  5. No amount of fee will be refunded to a student if he/she does not get selected in IIT-JEE/Pre-Medical/AIEEE etc.
  6. If a student wants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund; he/she should follow the under mentioned steps:
    Collect the Fee Refund Application Form from institute’s reception counter and fill it completely.Attach original receipt(s) of total fee deposited. Attach original Identity Card. Also submit whole study material, test papers, notes etc. given to you till date. Submit the filled-in refund Application Form in person along with abovementioned documents to the coordinator in the office.Only student/parent can submit ‘Fee Refund’ application in person. Please note that, we will not accept the Fee Refund application form from any other person/relative/friend.Processing of application for refund takes approximately seven days. Fee will be refunded by account payee cheque only in the father or mother’s name.Only the student or his/her parent can collect cheque for refund of fee after seven days of submitting the application for refund OR institute will send the cheque to parent by post at home address given in the refund application. Refund cheque will not be given to friend/relative or any other person.
  7. The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute’s policy and we strictly follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the ‘Refund Date’ is over; we will not entertain it. Please also note that refund requests made verbally/orally or through Telephone/email/Fax are also not entertained.
  8. Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
